Whether you want to create something functional (like mugs, planters, bowls, or plates) or a unique sculptural piece, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
We keep our class sizes small so everyone gets plenty of hands-on guidance, which means spots are limited. If your plans change, here is our policy:
Cancellations: > * 15+ days notice: Full refund.
2-15 days notice: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Requests to change your class dates must be made before your first session.
No-Shows: Missing your class without notice results in a forfeit of the booking. It cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
How to request: Please send all cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing to info@mudd-studio.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
